Refund Policy

Eligibility

Paid enrollments purchased directly from Dataplatformhub may qualify for a refund as described below. This website does not process payments; refunds apply to invoices settled offline according to your enrollment confirmation.

Timeframe

Full refund requests must be received in writing within 7 days of payment and before the second live session (or before 20% of self-paced modules are marked complete, whichever applies).

Full and partial refunds

If you qualify under the timeframe above and have not downloaded certificate materials, we issue a full refund. After the window, partial refunds of up to 40% may be considered if Dataplatformhub cancels a cohort or materially changes the syllabus without a suitable alternative date.

Non-refundable items

Custom Controllership Circle design fees, completed private clinics, and third-party exam vouchers (if any) are non-refundable once work has begun or vouchers have been issued.

Refund process

Email contact@dataplatformhub.digital with your full name, invoice number, course name, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and may ask clarifying questions.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 14 business days after approval. Bank timelines may add additional days beyond our transfer.

Cancellation by Dataplatformhub

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of tuition paid for that cohort.

Exceptions

Mandatory consumer protections under the laws of Taiwan(China) take precedence where they grant broader rights than this policy.
